Only three weeks from now, you will have Ksh4 billion, up from Ksh3.5 billion. The 'siege' I was under can now end. The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) now has an additional Ksh500 million, bringing its total to Ksh4 billion. The Women Representatives are very good people,"
