    "content": "On the same note, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to appeal to the Ministry of Education to note that primary school children who have been under the school feeding program are no longer receiving food from the World Food Programme (WFP). It is the responsibility of the Government of Kenya to ensure that those children are looked after. It is not the responsibility of WFP, as it has been said here! Therefore, I urge the Government to ensure that those children are fed to ensure that they can continue with schooling."
