    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, most of the times, and whenever people talk about food in this country, most of them think of maize. Quite a number of food crops in this country have not been given due attention, and that would have been one way of trying to alleviate hunger or payments that this country has gone through. Indeed, when you hear the cry out there, people only talk about unga from maize. But this country that God gave us has got quite a number of zones. We have arid lands, semi-arid lands and the most productive parts or zones of this country. It is only crucial that proper policies are put in place to promote those areas, which receive less rainfall to have irrigation agriculture."
