"content": "This country has got a lot of insecurity. Insecurity is a combination of so many other factors. The other day, we had the problem in Mathira and Kirinyaga. The other day, we had a problem in Kisii. These are not idle people. They are people who think very fast; beyond even the Government. It is my request and observation that the Government must come up with a master-plan to see how it can counter this problem of insecurity. We cannot develop in this country if the situation of insecurity continues the way it is. I would also request the leadership, including us, as MPs, that we be genuine enough and help the Government to curb the problem."
