    "content": " Hon. Shurie? This is quite unusual. The same thing happened last week on Wednesday. Members have their Motions listed on the Order Paper, but they do not appear to prosecute them. When the Majority side decides to take that time, complaints arise. I will, therefore, advise the Speaker to permanently drop the Motions listed last week and this week from the Order Paper. Motion 18 is also dropped due to the sponsor's non-attendance."
