    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Standing Orders are very clear that hon. Members should be properly dressed. They are supposed to wear a tie when coming to the House. The Standing Orders do not define what a tie is. It is a piece of cloth made in certain design that one wears round the neck in whichever manner. So, in my view, and the Standing Orders should support me, the hon. Member is wearing a piece of cloth that he has tied around his neck in whatsoever manner. So, he is properly dressed!"
