    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker Sir, I rise to support the Report of the Parliamentary Select Committee on the Review of the Constitution, which I am a Member, and I am proud to be there. The process has been very transparent, highly professional and with a lot of integrity in it. I believe that we will move this country forward if the system is thoroughly looked into, which we have already done. This is the first agenda of the reforms and particularly on Agenda Four. The process of transforming the democratic institutions of 2007 has let down the country. The issue of reforming these institutions does not only involve appointing the commissioners but reforming the system to make it responsive to the people, the population; the issues of eligibility, efficiency and transparency of the voting system, which includes a digital voting system."
