    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support these recommendations by the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC). The PSC interviewed very able and competent Kenyans and it is the responsibility of this House to approve and pass this list so that the Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC) can start its job. As it stands now, this country is at cross-roads. We are actually in a constitutional crisis. If anything happened now in this country, things are going to be bad. Due to that, this House needs to pass this list now."
