"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if the hon. Members who have contributed before me are Members of the PSC, the Attorney-General himself is not a Member. I would like to say that the people who have been chosen to carry out this very important job for this country must be women and men of integrity. We do not want our country to go back to what happened in January, 2008. It is a warning from this House to the people who have been given an opportunity to serve in the IIEC. They should be independent and should not be swayed by any political persuasion. That is a message that I want to send to my brothers and sisters who are going to serve Kenya in this capacity."
