    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Supplementary Appropriation (No. 2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 26 of 2025) be now read a Second Time. This is the same Bill which we have just passed. Therefore, I do not want to belabour the points. The Bill gives the National Treasury the power to spend the money. Since we have already discussed it during the Second Reading, I will not say much. I ask my Vice-Chairman to second. Thank you."
