    "content": "Hon. Members, the House is required to consider the President’s Reservations to the specified clauses in respect of each Bill. Standing Order 154(2) requires the House to consider the President’s Reservations within twenty-one (21) days upon receipt of the Memorandum. In this regard, with respect to the President’s Reservations to the National Lands Commission (Amendment) Bill, 2023, the Message from His Excellency the President, together with the Memorandum, is hereby referred to the Departmental Committee on Lands for consideration and reporting. The Memorandum to the Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 45 of 2022), together with the Message from His Excellency the President, are hereby referred to the Departmental Committee on Health."
