    "content": "In a bid to access inexpensive financing, the Republic of Kenya is looking to establish banks and become a shareholder and a member of those banks. Before the end of the last Session, we ratified the establishment and membership of Kenya in the African Trade Corporation Bank. Kenya has now identified another very important stakeholder bank called the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. We will be among six countries in Africa, including Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal, to become members and shareholders of this Bank."
