    "content": "The national Government gazetted new divisions, locations and sub-locations in Busia County as part of the measures to enhance equitable access to Government services and coordination of national Government Administration. However, the administrative units have been inconsistently and selectively operationalised in Teso Sub-County, leaving out those within Busia Sub-County. They include Bukhayo West Division, Mundika, Bugeng’i, Esikulu, Lung’a, Buyosi, Murende and Nasira locations and Hung’ungu, Mundulusia, Budokomi, Munongo, Bukalama, Mujuru, Indoli, Sihagua, Burumba, Bulanda, Mabale, Madele, Namikoye, Syamahanga, Nyibura and Sikoma sub-locations."
