Olago to raise the point of order which caused the Speaker to make the kind of ruling he made yesterday. All this emanated from the fact that there is no clear leadership in the country. It is important that the country knows that it is not too late for the Prime Minister and the President to go back, preferably to Sagana, where it all started, and agree amongst themselves and then come and address us as Kenyans, the way they addressed us from Sagana on the structure of leadership of this country.
