    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. In the beginning, SHA had a lot of issues of registration, people accessing it and access to the health care services. However, today, when you move around the country side, you will find that many people who are members of SHA are now accessing the services more than before. We need to really strengthen this. I agree with Hon. Omboko and Hon. Wangwe that the instant payment should be stopped so that can we pay for it monthly the way we used to do with NHIF. It will become easier and more attractive to our people. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
