    "content": "WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 4th June, 2025 and Wednesday, 11th June, 2025, the National Assembly and the Senate respectively, appointed Members to a Mediation Committee to develop a mediated version of the said Bill; AND WHEREAS, on Thursday, 19th June 2025, the National Assembly considered and approved the mediated version of the Division of Revenue Bill (National Assembly Bills No. 10 of 2025) in the form developed by the Mediation Committee; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article 113(3) of the Constitution and Standing Order No.150(4)(b) of the National Assembly Standing Orders, I hereby convey the said decision of the National Assembly to the Senate. Hon. Senators, I will at the appropriate time during this sitting, call on the Vice- Chairperson of the Mediation Committee to table the report of the Mediation Committee which will thereafter be considered by the Senate in accordance with Standing Order No.167.
