However, we appreciate the fact that negotiation of any kind is a give and take matter. Therefore, I thank the Mediation Committee for the figure of Kshs415 billion, which they squeezed out of the budget. Once this House comes up with a disbursement schedule, the biggest question is whether the National Treasury will follow it."
