    "content": "In the recent rigorous public participation, the most extensive of its kind, Kenyans clearly said they want the NG-CDF to remain. It is only fair that we respect their wishes by entrenching that important Fund into the Constitution. Nelson Mandela once said: “Education is the most powerful tool you can use to change the world.” I have seen many children in my constituency Mwea, who would not have gone to school, make it through college and university, thanks to bursaries from the NG-CDF. If we remove this Fund, it will be prejudicial to many beneficiaries in this country who, without it, will never go to school."
