    "content": "We have billions of shillings going to counties unchecked. If you travel around the country, you will not see many meaningful projects from county governments. It is only fair to increase Senate oversight by enhancing their Senate Oversight Fund. They must be well- resourced to visit all counties, constituencies and wards so as to monitor how county funds are being used. Then there is NGAAF. Our women representatives are doing a great job empowering the most vulnerable in our communities, and I fully support their work. In fact, if possible, this Fund should be increased. It is said that when you empower a woman, you empower a village. Empowering women comes with a multitude of benefits. We have stronger families and increased economic participation. Thank you, Hon.
