"content": "As Mr. Okemo said, we expected that this Budget would take care of three very important areas in Kenya today. One is the issue of food production. I think it has been done very well because we have an able Minister for Agriculture. I am sure that the Ministry is going to improve food production in this country. But while I say that, in my own constituency today, the whole constituency is literally littered with maize. Farmers have grown so much maize that we are able to provide some food to this nation in the coming harvest. However, when it rains, we have no roads to transport this food to the market. I believe that whatever was being allocated to my constituency, for example, in terms of roads maintenance â"
