    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish the Minister for Finance could listen to what we are saying! Could his colleagues allow him to listen to us? In my own constituency, the money that was allocated for road maintenance has been reallocated. So, as of now, in the Estimates, I have no money to do the roads yet we produce a lot of food for this country. It means that, that maize is going to rot in the farms because farmers are not going to transport it. This is the dilemma of financial management in this country; that it does not go to priority areas but to interest areas."
