"content": " I have not lived for long in this planet Earth. It is just nearly about four decades. I have lived in the Mount Kenya region for about three quarters of that time. What I saw yesterday in Mount Kenya has never been seen before. I will be very specific on Mount Kenya because that is where I grew up. The looting and destruction of property that I saw has never been witnessed before. We call it by its name. I will speak to three things. First, we need to review police laws. We need to find a way to guard our police officers from the anarchists emanating from all over. We really must review that."
