So, the issue of Mau is so serious that we are not only going to lose our water resources and ability to provide water and food, if we allocate more money to agriculture to produce food, whether through irrigation or other means, farmers are not going to have any harvest because there will be no rain. So, we may as well have a long-term programme of irrigation because unless we address the issue of the Mau Forest, which will take another ten years, we are going to be net importers of food in the near future. These are the issues that the future Budget should address in long term."
