I want to congratulate the Member or the team that brought this Motion, which touches on a critical issue in our country. When I speak of the NG-CDF, I recall that during public participation, the entire country spoke in one voice. The importance of the NG-CDF is not just about us as Members of Parliament. When you go to the constituencies - and I say this time and again - you can see the tangible progress that has been brought about by the CDF and what it can do.
