    "content": "This is a very important Fund. We want to entrench it in the Constitution to protect it from those who oppose it without any valid reason. Some believe that Members of Parliament control those funds. It is clear that we have no role other than normal supervision and oversight, just as we do with all national Government functions. Members of Parliament and Kenyans in general should support and protect this Fund. It is very important.
