    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is not the only part of the Supplementary Budget where the Minister has slashed allocations to very essential items in the Development Vote. For example, in the education sector, the Minister has reduced the Development Vote and yet, he has increased the hospitality budget for State House to Kshs120 million. Why should your Ministry do that whereas State House is just a residence of the President? I think we have to be focused because when we talk about issues to do with the Supplementary Budget, we are saying we want to deal with emergencies. There are better emergencies in this country and if you want me to show them to you, Mr. Minister, I want you to visit"
