Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Second Report of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 24th June 2025 on the status of implementation of the Constitution by – 1. The Office of the Controller of Budget; 2. The Commission on Revenue Allocation; and, 3. The Office of the Auditor General. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. While on this, allow me to say something that is a little bit different."
