"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there was reference made on the need for us to increase the amount available in terms of devolved funds. We all know that this country is moving and we know the great contribution that the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) has made towards the development of this country. It has been able to make funds available in places where there was never a single Government project to be seen. This is something that, we as Treasury, are taking and looking at seriously in an attempt to see how that can be enhanced and further, how we can ensure that these funds are properly managed and accounted for."
