Speaker, once again, I thank the Members who participated yesterday. Yesterday we had a full House here; not a full House in terms of numbers, but people who combed through the Bill. We had robust debate. This is a good piece of legislation. Yes, we had the numbers. I want to thank the Members who stayed to debate and to go clause by clause. I also thank the two Chairpersons who were there, Hon. David Ochieng’ and Hon. Peter Kaluma. They sacrificed. We went up to I think 9:00 p.m., and we did."
