Those of us who are lawyers know that even in law, we are moving from confrontation and litigation to mediation. So, mediation is a good thing. We have this mediated version because we are obligated by the Constitution. However, we should also encourage ourselves, the Senate and the Council of Governors to mediate what we perceive to be our differences instead of litigating all the time.
