    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank you and support this list that has been tabled. Mr. Speaker, Sir, my main point that I want to bring forward is the inclusion of women in the list and the reason the House had to adjourn to include women. I would like this House to take seriously the issue of having women represented in all Committees of the House. Your ruling not only adds value to that, but I also insist that it is about time when lists are being made in this House, we did not have to always make it as if women are being done a favour. It is imperative for this House to note that the inclusion of women is part and parcel of the policies in most of the party manifestos that have been registered with the Registrar of Political Parties."
