I rise to support this progressive act through the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs under the able stewardship of Hon. Murugara. The Tribunal will create a very good atmosphere in teaming the sector. The nominees are of high integrity and credibility. I believe the lady who has been nominated as the Chairperson is capable of leading the sector and, more importantly, serving Kenyans with the integrity required.
