You turned on him because you knew that the President had appointed him. It is up to you to tell us whether that was in writing or orally. But since then, it has come to my knowledge that somebody in the Office of the Prime Minister has written a letter to you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, saying that the Prime Minister shall be the Leader of Government Business. That alone constitutes a violation of Sections 23 and 24 of the Constitution. This country has a right to know from you, Mr. Speaker, if that is correct."
