(i) inserting the words “the Defence Forces Welfare Services” immediately after the words “Kenya Defence Forces” appearing in paragraph 11; (ii) deleting paragraph 12 and substituting therefor the following new paragraph− 12. All goods imported or purchased locally by the Defence Forces Welfare Services. (b) in item 1 of Part B by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (b)- (c) Excisable services supplied to or by the Kenya Defence Forces Welfare Services;"
