    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I seem to share the sentiments of Dr. Machage. The formation of a Back Bench Opposition Caucus is overdue. There is a Government and we are told that all of us are in it. However, there are Ministers and Assistant Ministers charged with the responsibility of being in the Government, but are unable to come together and agree to play as a team. The only way they can play as a team is by us setting up a Back Bench Caucus. That is the only time they will realize that they have to come together."
