    "content": "It is very specific in the Standing Orders, and Constitution, on who should be appointing the Chair of the House Business Committee. We should, therefore, agree here that we leave this matter to the Government. We are clear who is the “Government.” If we are saying that we are not clear who is heading the Government, then we are cheating ourselves because the Government is in place. We have a President, a Prime Minister, and everybody else in place. So, we should let this matter be handled by the relevant authorities in Government. Since we have the President and the Prime Minister and if they cannot sit down and agree on who will be the chair of this Committee, then they have no business leading this country. We can as well remove them and come up with new ones! It is their prerogative to come up and guide us accordingly. Kenyans are sick and tired of seeing this Government fighting over positions and power, instead of leading this country."
