    "content": "THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended in the proposed Section 18G – (a) in sub-section (4) by deleting the words “the Commissioner shall declare the agreement void and issue a notice of the declaration in writing to the person” and substituting therefor the words “the agreement shall be void and the Commissioner shall issue a written notice to the person.”; (b) in subsection 5 by inserting the words “within six months from the commencement of this Act” immediately after the word “section”. Clause 12 of the Bill states that the Commissioner may enter into an advance pricing agreement with a person who undertakes a transaction.
