On any other clauses, I will request the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning and the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee to sit together and speak. We cannot have this on the Floor of the House. It never happens. It has never happened. I will not allow it to happen. The Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning and the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee must consult before any of this.
