    "content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 54 of the Bill be deleted. The Tax Procedures Act that we passed in December sought to exclude weekends and public holidays when calculating time. The National Treasury wanted to bring back the issue of not excluding weekends and public holidays in calculation of time. We disagree with them and agree with the members of the public that we need to exclude weekends and public holidays in calculation of the time when you are supposed to either reply to the Commissioner or submit particular data to KRA."
