"content": " Hon. Temporary Chairman, I beg to move that the New Clause 33C be now read a Second Time. This proposed amendment is seeking to provide for transition mechanisms for legal proceedings by or against the NCPD, established under the State Corporation Order of 2004. Once we move them into an Act of Parliament, if there may exist some legal proceedings on or against the council currently registered under that Order, there will be a transitional process.
