"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, listening to the arguments this afternoon, it is all about a challenge to the Chair. As the Chair, you have confirmed that you have received a letter from the appointing authority and you have gone ahead to recognize a Minister as Leader of Government Business. That decision is being challenged on the Floor of this House. All the arguments have been placed here in terms of who appoints, and what the constitutional provisions are. We are asking you to make a ruling on a decision you have already made. It is actually a challenge to your authority. I sympathize with your position because, for three days, we have actually wasted the taxpayersâ money."
