    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I would like to thank all the Members who have contributed to this Bill and expressed support for the Bill. Hon. Members, I have listened to the issues that have been raised by some Members, including the kind of priority projects that are being implemented by this Fund in the counties. Some Members are suggesting that they should be given an opportunity to propose what kind of projects need to be implemented. For example, in a county where there is a shortage of water, electricity, and even health facilities, some Members are proposing that they be allowed to just say they need water or electricity. We have learned that governors are implementing projects of their own choice. We have taken note of these observations, and as a Committee, we are going to engage the relevant departments to ensure that this Fund serves the purpose for which it was created. Hon.
