    "content": "Order, hon. Members. The Chair received a Motion from Mr. Farah Maalim in the terms that he has moved. The Chair has very reluctantly accepted the Motion, largely because, in accordance with our Standing Orders, this House has a right to move a Motion of Adjournment without restriction, save as maybe provided under the Standing Orders or any other relevant law. Under those circumstances, I have accepted that Motion. I have approved it and if there is a Seconder, we will listen to him."
