    "content": "This is a matter of a vote. We will vote according to our conviction and a decision will be carried one way or another. It is a vote and the law recognizes that vote, whichever way it goes. It has serious consequences and, therefore, it has to be fair. The best way to make sure that the decision is fair is the adherence of the Constitution, the relevant statutes and the procedures laid in our Standing Orders so that justice is accorded to all the parties involved. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I look forward to this vote. This debate is important as it guides the House. The whole country is following what this House is doing because it takes the Senate seriously as the place where we all sit as judges and pass judgment in one way or another. The judgment has to be fair and in accordance with the law. I support the Motion and I will be voting."
