    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the jurisprudential contours of impeachment are embedded both in procedure and in substance and now well set in the case of Martin Nyaga Wambora and County Assembly of Embu. I took part in the case. I also took part in the case of Mohammed Abdi Mohammud and the County Assembly of Wajir and we got the Governor back to office because there was a court order. Lastly, we have the case of Kawira Mwangaza and the County Assembly of Meru and the recent case of Onyango Oloo versus County Assembly of Kisumu.
