    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have seen some semblance of violence that took place showing destruction of the video evidence and that transcription of the HANSARD was not done through the video evidence and that the audio is available, but it has not been brought here. If there was a challenge of sitting in the County Assembly of Isiolo, they could have asked for another venue. The procedure is clear. That venue must be gazetted and there must be a resolution to sit in a different venue other than the gazetted Assembly. We have not been shown any Gazette Notice to show or to convince us that a different venue was gazetted for the Assembly to sit."
