That may have to go on record in the interest of posterity. At page 13 of Volume No.4 is a decision of the court in Isiolo High Court Constitutional Petition No.A004 of 2025. The parties are Hon. Abdi Ibrahim Hassan, the Governor before you as the Petitioner and the County Assembly of Isiolo, now before you as the First Respondent.
