    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to support Dr. Khalwale’s proposal amendment. It is not lost to many Kenyans that, although many times during general elections, we are able, as Kenyans, to bring in new faces to this House, the politics of this House and of this country are not changing. The reason seems to be that there is a core that always comes back, that seems to take us round in circles every time we want to bring changes to this country."
