    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Members. On behalf of the whole House, we welcome the students, their teachers and those accompanying them to the House of Parliament. Hon. Members, I also wish to welcome four members of staff drawn from the Procurement Department of the Parliament of Ghana. The four officers are on a visit to the National Assembly to engage with their counterparts on enhancing their knowledge and skills. Specifically, in the application of technology and digital tools in procurement operations, mechanisms for contract management, dispute resolution and strategies in managing public procurement within a parliamentary setting.
