    "content": "it comes to committees which are constituted by the Whips, we have written - and party leaders here can confirm having received correspondence from me requesting them to give lists. On this particular issue, Mr. Speaker, Sir, the party Whips are being used as conduits or messengers to deliver the decisions of those who are in charge! So, it is important that we be very clear.
